Terms of Service
1. The service
Alpha Pine ("AlphaPine Lab", "we", "us") provides subscription access to invite-only TradingView indicators and related charting tools (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not financial advice
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. No indicator or tool guarantees any trading outcome. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for compliance with the laws applicable to you.
3. Access and accounts
Access is granted to the single TradingView username you submit at checkout. You must provide the username exactly as it appears on TradingView. Access is personal and non-transferable: sharing, reselling, or granting third parties use of your access is prohibited and may result in termination without refund. We activate access manually within 24 hours of payment. An active TradingView account is required. TradingView is a separate platform with its own terms, and Alpha Pine access is delivered through TradingView's invite-only publication workflow.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
5. Intellectual property
All indicators, scripts, code, documentation, and branding remain the property of AlphaPine Lab. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the indicators on your own TradingView account. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue individual indicators or features to improve the Service. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, including where interruptions arise from TradingView or other third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaPine Lab shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including access sharing or chargeback abuse. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
